Booking Terms for Beauty Salon Packages
- 50% Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% of the total package price is due 1 week before the scheduled shoot.
- Equipment Included: Filming and editing equipment is included.
- Format Options: Footage will be delivered in your preferred format—landscape or portrait.
- Additional Fees: Extra fees may apply for special requests, extra filming days, or revisions.
- Delivery Time: If next-day delivery is required, an additional 25% of the package cost will be charged.
- Terms of Service: By booking, clients agree to the terms for a seamless and professional experience.
- Travel: A 20-mile radius from LS1 is included. Beyond that, a travel fee of 45p per mile will be applied.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before the shoot date.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your shoot up to 4 weeks before the scheduled date at no additional cost. Reschedules made within 4 weeks of the shoot will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
