Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Services are strictly limited to the deliverables outlined in the selected project package. Any out-of-scope requests will be billed as additional services.
2. Payment & Activation
Project Activation: 100% of the project fee is due upfront to activate the service.
Monthly Retainers: Monthly subscription fees are billed 100% in advance on the 1st of each month. Failure to settle the invoice by the 3rd of the month will result in an immediate pause of all marketing activities.
3. Client Access & Data
The Client is responsible for providing all administrative logins (WordPress, Google Business, Meta Business Suite) within 48 hours of payment. Delays in access will result in a corresponding delay in project delivery.
4. Results & Timelines
The Client acknowledges that SEO and Organic Social Media are long-term growth strategies. While initial technical optimizations are completed immediately, ranking and traffic growth typically require a 3-to-6 month window. No specific Google ranking is guaranteed.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
6. Remote Service Delivery
All consulting and execution are performed remotely. Business hours are Monday-Friday. Any emergency website support outside of agreed SEO/Social hours will be billed at a standard hourly rate.
